How to Best Collect Your Pool Water Sample

Follow these simple steps to ensure accurate results:

✅ Step 1: COLLECT YOUR FREE WATER TEST SAMPLE BOTTLE

Pop in store to pick up a free pool water sample bottle. It’s reusable and designed for clean collection.

✅ Step 2: When to Collect SAMPLE POOL WATER

Collect the sample just before heading in store – ideally within 2 hours. Avoid leaving it in the sun or heat, as this can skew results.

✅ Step 3: Prepare the Bottle

Rinse the container several times with pool water before collecting your sample.

✅ Step 4: Collect the Water SAMPLE

• Select a mid-pool position well away from the filter or solar system returns.
• Hold the bottle upside down, submerge it 30-40cm below the surface, then turn it upright to fill.
• Replace the cap with minimal air to avoid contamination. Keep cool and head instore to North Coast Power + Water.
