1. Promoter

North Coast Power + Water of Shop 7, 16 Wakelands Road, Sapphire Beach, NSW 2450 (“the Promoter”) is conducting the “25 Year Giveaway Promotion”.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 8:00am AEST on 1 June 2026 and closes at 4:00pm AEST on 30 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees of the Promoter, associated agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter – In-Store Entries

Customers will receive one (1) entry into the relevant draw for every eligible in-store purchase made during the Promotion Period.

Multiple entries are permitted, subject to separate eligible purchases.

All entries must include the entrant’s full name and contact details.

Eligible purchases made during the Promotion Period will also automatically receive one (1) entry into the grand prize draw.

5. In-Store Prize Structure (15 Major Prizes Total)

There are fifteen (15) major prizes to be won via the in-store promotion.

Period Prize Draws

Fourteen (14) prizes will be awarded across three (3) promotional periods as follows:

• Period 1: 1 June – 10 June 2026 (5 prizes)
• Period 2: 11 June – 20 June 2026 (5 prizes)
• Period 3: 21 June – 30 June 2026 (4 prizes)

Each period will have the corresponding number of winners drawn from eligible entries received during that period only.

Grand Prize Draw

One (1) additional grand prize will be awarded from all eligible entries received during the full Promotion Period:

• Grand Prize: One (1) heat pump package valued at up to AUD $5,900 including standard installation.

All eligible purchases made between 1 June 2026 and 30 June 2026 will automatically be entered into the grand prize draw.

The grand prize draw will occur on 1 July 2026.

The total prize pool value is AUD $8,900.

6. Winner Announcement Schedule

Winners will be announced on the following dates:

• Period 1 winners: announced at the Grand Opening Event on 12 June 2026
• Period 2 winners: announced on 23 June 2026
• Period 3 winners: announced on 1 July 2026
• Grand Prize winner: announced on 1 July 2026

The Promoter reserves the right to conduct draws prior to announcement dates.

Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries for each applicable draw.

7. Grand Opening Event

Selected winners from Period 1 may be announced at the Promoter’s Grand Opening Event on 12 June 2026.

8. Social Media Giveaways

The Promoter may conduct daily social media competitions during the Promotion Period via its official social media pages.

There are ten (10) smaller prizes to be won via social media competitions.

Each social media competition is a separate promotion, with entry instructions, prize details, and winner selection criteria outlined in the relevant post.

Winners may be selected daily or as otherwise specified in each competition.

9. Prize Notification

Winners will be notified via phone, email, direct message, or social media within seven (7) days of announcement.

Winner names may be published on the Promoter’s social media pages, website, and/or in-store.

10. Unclaimed Prizes

If any prize remains unclaimed for three (3) weeks from the date of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

11. Prize Conditions & Substitution

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item or service of equal or greater value.

For the heat pump grand prize:

• Installation is limited to standard residential installation within the Promoter’s normal service area.
• Any electrical upgrades, plumbing modifications, structural works, or non-standard installation requirements may incur additional costs payable by the winner.
• Installation timing will be subject to product availability and installer scheduling.
• The winner must provide suitable site access for installation.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or acceptance of any prize.

The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, or invalid entries.

13. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

Entrants release Instagram and Facebook from any responsibility relating to this promotion.

14. Privacy

Personal information is collected for the purpose of conducting the promotion and contacting winners.

By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their information for promotion-related communication and marketing purposes.

Entrants may request access to their personal information by contacting the Promoter.

15. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter may modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Any decisions made by the Promoter regarding the promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
